Welcome to my new and improved Blog.

I decided it was time for a change!

I write this Blog for me, no one else, just me. It is a way to think outloud, and to share my experiences with the world. Maybe some will be interested and some will not, and who knows, I might figure something out myself. I will talk about whatever comes to my mind, and sometimes it is hard for me to do, but I will do it anyway.

I enjoy photography so you will see a lot of my work. I love to read and you will see quotes from my favorite authors. Generally follow my life as try to obtain my undergrad in Art History and English at Carleton University.

Please read, enjoy and comment, open disscussion is welcome.

Take yesterday for instance. AND let me say that I would not have know this if I hadn't had to go and pick up my youngests sisters kids at Kids's Club at the school. (Her Van had broken down and was stuck) Funny how life works like that.

Yesterday was the last day of school for a young boy in Nathan's class , Ethan who was new to school this year too. His Mother decided it was too far to drive from Buckingham to work every day so they are moving to Hull so she can take the bus into Ottawa. Makes sense. But Ethan was not happy and kinda sad he would be leaving all his new friends. Brought a tear to my eye too.

We are all going to miss him. he was quite talkative and pretty bright. We all liked him

So back to the story I'm trying to get at. I arrive at the school and Ethan is still there he sees Nathan and comes running over to talk, then takes off and comes back and says to Nathan "Here is the school bus you gave me today." Nathan says "No Ethan that's your now. " I ask Nathan if he is sure. And he says he is. The smile on Ethan's face was priceless. He was very happy about it. You see , Nathan has been taking the same 3 toy school buses to school all year. Why? No clue. But yesterday he gave a sad little boy his bus and makes the child Happy!

How could I be nothing other than very proud of my little boy?
