Welcome to my new and improved Blog.

I decided it was time for a change!

I write this Blog for me, no one else, just me. It is a way to think outloud, and to share my experiences with the world. Maybe some will be interested and some will not, and who knows, I might figure something out myself. I will talk about whatever comes to my mind, and sometimes it is hard for me to do, but I will do it anyway.

I enjoy photography so you will see a lot of my work. I love to read and you will see quotes from my favorite authors. Generally follow my life as try to obtain my undergrad in Art History and English at Carleton University.

Please read, enjoy and comment, open disscussion is welcome.

Field Road
The road leading to the fields.

Last week, Nathan were out walking and exploring all the things that are spring...
Running creek, frog ponds, looking at the trees, and every stone we came across...I swear that boy is going to be a geologist.

Checking out the creeks

Walking to the fields to see what was up down there and making rivers, boys love mud and dirt, I took pictures!

Look Mom, I'm making a river.

But Mother Nature decided to remind us who is in control and in charge. This is what we woke up too after having a day of 17C yesterday.
Snow...at 6:30 a.m.

Walking to the bus

But by Noon it was all gone...back to our regular schedualed spring.

Wasn't that crazy this morning??! I think we had a bit more than that, but I tried to turn the other way, pretend it wasn't really snowing.
